RFQ Details

I am looking to purchase fabric to use as dust mite covers for various sized mattresses and pillows. The material must be a tightly woven fabric and fulfill the following criteria:

1.) have a pore size of less than 10 micrometers (preferably 2 to 6)
2.) allow for the passage of water vapor
3.) have a construction that is either triaxial or biaxial depending on the pattern of weaving
4.) involve sets of yarns or fibers that are tightly interlaced at right angles to each other, allowing no penetration of particulate matter greater than determined by the pore size (see 1. above) while simultaneously allowing for the diffusion of water vapor
5.) allow for a variety of prints
